Valentine's Surprise!!

For Valentine's Day, some friends and I schemed and came up with a great idea for our hubbies: a scavenger hunt (well really Julie was the mastermind and planner behind everything). We kept it as best a secret as 5 women can. John thought it was a Progressive Dinner so I did a pretty good job ;)

Here are the MEN: Eric, Dan, John, Brian & Matt

While they were on their hunt, us girls high tailed it back to my house to prepare the food and get dressed. We made a house salad, chicken cordon bleu, buns, strawberry cake and punch. Yummy!!!

Here are the WOMEN: Christina, Tiff, Julie, Kelly & Katie

The boys had to do a number of things but my 2 favorites were

1) Buy your wife a gift that is meaningful to each of you (kicker was $5 or under)

John got 2 little license plate things that said Taylor & Hannah :)

2) Record a message for your wife on video (we ended up watching these all together when they got back)

They all had a fun time and thoroughly enjoyed the meal!!

We told them it was their turn next year to surprise us with something. We'll see what they come up with!!! :)
